This place is well-maintained, offering spacious, bright rooms with outside windows and bathtubs, conveniently located near Nagoya Hill, the ferry terminal.

An enjoyable way to end my weekend. Delicious, excellent breakfast with 30 + dishes to choose from, had affordable food. Particularly good location - just walking distance from Great Mosque Batam.

The location was marvellous and awesome there, to a nearby mall. Our room was big size and complete with a pretty bathtub, basic amenities.

This place is a popular and budget-friendly spot with a sleek design. the rooms are well-lit and the folks at the front desk are super friendly. We had a great 5-day stay here and didn't have a single complaint! 😊

Grand lobby which is very comforting, given vip treatment and all staff was helpful. Room was fabulous.!!! Had fun at swimming pool ..! My kids enjoyed their stay there and would like to stay there again on our next visit..!

I would prefer if there is a pool bar by the swimming pool and I believe it will be a great experience for all the guest

The hotel is conveniently located near other towers, common malls, Nagoya Hill, and BCS Mall. the breakfast offered a variety of over 30 dishes to choose from. - the central location is favorable for exploring Batam Centre. - It only takes a maximum of 20 minutes to walk to the lake from the hotel.

The spa bath ,the design of the room n the complimentary beverage.

Little food variety for room service , no bath robe n delay in room maintainance.

Excellence location and value for money.

Dissappointed with the housekeeping services. Bathroom mat was not provided however housekeeping staff suggested bath towel as the hotel was running short of bathroom mat. There was no hand and face towel either but it was listed in the bath room amenities. Clarified with Front office staff and was told that for Deluxe room, hand & face towel was not provided. We were fine with it but the bath room mat issue is not acceptable. Came to our thoughts that our bath towel may have been used as bathroom mat before. There was also a black patch on one of our bath towel.

The hotel is located in a nice building in a good location. It is just off Nagoya Hill for easy access to massage places, eating spots, main malls, and a nice spa. - the restaurant serves Western cuisine dishes.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming, the beds are super comfortable, the rooms are perfect, and the check-in/check-out process is quick.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Great Mosque Batam. the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean, and the rooms come equipped with an extra bed, lounge, and kitchen area. the breakfast selection was delicious and excellent, offering over 30 dishes to choose from. the food at the hotel was affordable.
